ABOUT ME
I will never forget the first time I saw Jamestown Church.
My life changed forever.
I was married in Jamestown Memorial Church on May 1, 1999 with a traditional service and prayers from the 1604 Prayer Book.
On May 23, 1999 I started service there with the APVA
as a Church Guide. I worked there until the program ended,
serving as the last Church Guide on October 31, 2006.
Since my early days at Jamestown Church, my research
in Virginia Church History has been a calling for me.
I am truly dedicated to this work, to finding, mapping
and caring for these precious sites.
Currently, I am creating the timeline and map
of Colonial era Anglican churches in Virginia.
I also work with Current Churches with Historic architecture, Property Owners with a Church Site on their Property,
and Community Groups to identify, date, map,
secure and preserve their precious history.
